Shipping policy

Your order will normally be shipped within 1 week from ordering, then please allow delivery time after this.

To keep costs low, items are shipped standard UK or International untracked. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method at an extra cost then please contact us. 

At present we are only shipping to UK, USA & Canada. Due to VAT & customs changes in the EU we are not currently shipping to countries in the EU.

Please ensure your delivery address is correctly input as we cannot be responsible for orders which are delivered to incorrect addresses. 

Your piece of jewellery has been carefully inspected when packed, in the event of any issues please contact us immediately.
